TOPTOM INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. was established in 2000, with headquarters in Hong Kong. We have 2 factories, one is for scooters, ATVs, go karts, dirt bikes, pocket bikes and the other one is for accessories like ATV trailers, snow blades and snow chains, winch are for 4WD ATVs.

Our total employment is over 2,000 personnel, more than 10% of our staff hold senior or intermediate technical titles. Our annual output capacity now is 200,000pcs of motorcycles and 5000,000pcs of scooters, with manufacturing capabilities for the latter presently undergoing expansion.

All production processes are conducted under rigid quality control measures, which have thereby earned us ISO9001:2000 certificate, in addition to European CE and EEC certificates and American UL, EPA, and DOT safety approvals for all series.
